Activation / removing the seal of your cable connection
If you have a sealed 3-hole data socket you cannot receive any TV or radio programs.
If
you wish to use the cable connection of upc cablecom you can request the removal of the seal via our
web form, or tell us by phone at the 0800 66 88 66
The removal of the seal is free of charge, as long as the sealing of the connection took place more than 6 months ago. Once the seal is removed we will begin to charge you our subscription fees.
