Setting up the TV channel “Das Vierte”Due to technical changes arising from the launch of SF 1 and SF 2 in HD, upc cablecom will no longer be broadcasting the TV channel “Das Vierte” as of 29 February.The TV channel used to be part of the Classic channel package. 29 Februrary 2012 |

Additions to the Mini channel packageORF eins HD and ORF 2 HD will be added to the Mini channel package from 8 November 2011.These two Austrian TV channels show a wide variety of exciting programmes in breathtaking picture and sound quality. The channels are part of the Mini package. Currently not available in Basel. Channel positions for new HD channels The two new channels will be assigned the following channel positions: ORF eins HD = 62 ORF 2 HD = 63 "Das Vierte" and “HSE24” are being moved These two TV channels will be moved as follows: "Das Vierte" will be assigned channel position 179 (previously 64) "HSE 24" will be assigned channel position 64 (previously 63) 8 November 2011 |

Launch of TF1 SuisseOn 22 August 2011 the French TV channel TF 1 will be replaced by the Swiss version TF 1 Suisse. From that date onwards teletext will no longer be provided by the programme provider. As a result it will not be possible for the time being to display any information about TF 1 Suisse programmes. Subtitles will continue to be accessible.

Enjoy watching the French Open live in 3D with Eurosport & upc cablecomTennis fans can enjoy this year’s French Open up close with upc cablecom and in 3D. On 19 May the 3D channel from Eurosport will be switched to channel slot 333 in upc cablecom’s basic digital package temporarily until the end of the French Open on 5 June. Until the start of the world’s greatest clay court tennis tournament on 22 May the channel will show matches from last year’s tournament.Facts & requirements When: 19 May 2011 – 05 June 2011
