upc cablecom sets a high value on personal initiative and knowledge sharing within the company. Employees are invited to submit concrete ideas for improvement – the best are implemented and rewarded.
We support cross-departmental relocations to target use of internal knowledge. Building up knowledge and developing skills this way benefits the company as well as the individual employees.
Education
upc cablecom offers specific training programs for various employee groups. Examples include the three-week training course for Customer Care Advisors or management training courses for new managers.
In addition we support the personal and professional training of our employees on the basis of personal development plans. Options include:
