Keep the same phone number Show Hide
You can keep the phone number of your current provider. Here you can find some useful tips to make the change.
- If you order by noon, you will receive your upc cablecom modem the very next day*.
- Two to three days after you register, you will receive the authorisation form for the number transfer and cancellation of your current subscription. Please sign this form and return it to us as quickly as possible.
- Your telephone number will be transferred within 2-3 weeks. In the meantime, to ensure that you can still be reached at any time, you will be given a temporary telephone number. You can transfer your current telephone number to the temporary number by means of a simple call transfer.
* If the cable network in your property does not need to be modernised beforehand
Optional
Requires a cable connection with feedback channel from upc cablecom or one of our partner networks. The costs for this connection (usually CHF 28.40/month) are normally covered by the ancillary costs in rented apartments. Minimum contract period 12 months. A one-off fee of CHF 49.– is charged for activating the service. Paper-based bills: CHF 1.50 per bill.
In the case of free connections, calls to chargeable service and business numbers (e.g. 0869x, 0878x, 18xy, 084x, 090x), 058 Corporate Access as well as internet dial-up numbers and access numbers for prepaid and calling card offers are excluded. Settlement takes place per second for chargeable connections rounded up to 10 centimes. No minimal or connection charges apply to calls to 0800 toll-free numbers.
